Our flagship show, Pontiac World of Skiing has a 28 year history and is seen every season by over 2 million people across Canada. Running from November to March, this show airs on Sportsnet, Thunder Bay TV and all A-Channel stations. Each week hosts Mike Douglas, Edith Rozsa, Joe Lammers and Chris Robinson explore great skiing, resort life, and a wide variety of activities that make skiing the unique lifestyle sport that it is. Special segments include The Freestyle File, The Race Report and Personal Performance Tips with Steve Young and Josh Foster.

Pontiac World of Skiing is distributed internationally under the title Skier's World. The show is enjoyed in many countries around the world including the United States, Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand, Romania, Greece and Israel.

Much of our winter work involves coverage of major snowsports events. DBDP is considered a 'go to' company in Canada for Host Broadcast services in skiing and snowboarding. In recent years, DBDP has produced the world feed for many FIS World Cup events in Snowboarding, Cross Country and Freestyle Skiing. As well, Chris Robinson, owner of Double Black Diamond, has been contracted as Producer on events such as the FIS World Snowboarding Championships in Whistler, BC, in 2005 and was the Production Manager for the Host Broadcast coverage of Snowboarding at the 2006 Torino Olympic Winter Games.

Double Black Diamond Productions has been a leading producer of adventure racing coverage in North America. Between 1999 and 2004, DBDP covered Raid The North Extreme on multiple occasions and Eco Challenge North Amercia. As well, DBDP is well known for its series program Never Give UP covering the Raid The North and Sea 2 Summit series' of events across Canada during the summer of 2000.
