Only 75 kilometres from Berne and a short distance from Zurich, Switzerland, Grindelwald is the oldest yet least-known of the three Jungfrau resorts, which combined offer 188 kilometres of fabulous skiing terrain. Dramatically set in magnificent scenery, this resort presents lots of long, gentle runs for the intermediate skier.
This family-oriented mountain offers lessons from their prominent ski school with plenty of English-speaking instructors.
Grindelwald is full of mountaineering history of over 100 years. Today, a train trip will retrace the steps of mountaineering and provide a unique view of the ice field from an elevation of 3,571 metres.
Situated precisely in the middle of the Swiss Alps, Grindelwald provides the opportunity to ski in and out of most hotels and holiday apartments. This magnificent resort boasts great terrain, lots of snow and great après-ski to satisfy you during your stay.
Visit www.grindelwald.com for more information on one of Switzerland's amazing resorts.
