Wandering Hands
Follow these tips to keep your hands from wandering:
1. Keep hands in front of you for better balance.
2. Keep elbows up above the rib cages as far as possible
3. Bend your knees and elbows
4. Don’t jam your hands forward
5. Move them naturally, keep the inside hand ahead to prevent it from getting behind you
