Josh Foster — Ski Tips

Josh Foster lives to ski and loves to share that passion for skiing with whoever will listen!  He started skiing in eastern Canada at a great little place called Dagmar, this was also the place where a few years later Josh got his first job teaching skiing. After getting totally hooked he headed west to Banff and Sunshine Village. Josh spent a few seasons in the Rockies and then took that experience back to Ontario to be a Ski School Director at Mount Pakenham in the Ottawa Valley. What Pakenham lacked in altitude it made up for in attitude, great people and a lot to learn. It was during this time that Josh successfully achieved the Canadian Ski Instructors’ Alliance Level 4 certification. Since then Josh has spent seasons in Vail, back in the Rockies at Lake Louise and now makes his home at Big White Ski Resort in British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley. Josh is a CSIA Level 4 Senior Course Conductor and Examiner, a member of the CSIA Demonstration Team, a CSIA BC Board Member and was a member of the CSIA Interski Team at the most recent Interski Congress in Yong Pyong Korea. When he’s not making LG our camera man/producer suffer through countless takes of ski tips Josh works as the Director of Snow Sports at Big White.

Josh is incredibly happy to be working with the crew at Ski Television and hopes that he can help fill the boots left by the Master, Rob Butler. Josh skis on Head skis, rocks the Bolle eyewear and steps out in clothing by Columbia.
